Reconstitution protocol

Standard sterile technique for dissolving lyophilized peptide vials.

1. Remove peptide vial and bacteriostatic water vial; allow to reach room temperature. 2. Wipe both rubber stoppers with 70% isopropyl alcohol swabs. 3. Draw the recommended diluent volume with a sterile syringe (typical: 2–3 mL per vial). 4. Inject diluent slowly down the glass wall — do not direct stream onto the lyophilized powder. 5. Swirl gently. Do not shake; peptides are shear-sensitive. 6. Allow 60–120 seconds for full dissolution before drawing working volume. 7. Store reconstituted peptide at 2–8°C. Use within 28 days.
