GHRH analog + selective ghrelin agonist. Co-formulated CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin. Researched for synergistic GH-pulse amplification with minimal cortisol or prolactin involvement.
CJC-1295 is a synthetic GHRH analog that binds the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs; Ipamorelin is a selective GHSR (ghrelin receptor) agonist. Together in vitro they activate complementary growth-hormone-secretion pathways without significant ACTH/cortisol/prolactin cross-activation.
Background: lyophilization · reconstitution
