Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are eligible for replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact [email protected] with photos of the issue.

Due to the research-use-only nature of these products, used or opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened, unused product may be returned within 14 days for store credit.
