Terms of Service

Use of aurex.bio is subject to these terms. By placing an order, the customer confirms they are 18 years or older and a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate research purposes.

All products are sold for Research Use Only. The customer agrees not to use the product for human consumption, diagnostic, veterinary, or therapeutic purposes.

All products are provided on an AS-IS basis. Aurex Research Series and DoseCraft LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurex Research Series, DoseCraft LLC, and their owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or attorneys’ fees arising from misuse of any product, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law. This indemnification survives termination of the customer relationship.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in Hillsborough County, Florida. The customer waives any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration and waives any right to a jury trial.
