Privacy Policy

Aurex respects researcher privacy. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

Data we collect

  • Contact data: email, full name, phone (optional).
  • Shipping data: physical address for kit delivery.
  • Order data: items purchased, rail, amount, fulfillment status.
  • Behavioral data: aggregate site analytics (Vercel Analytics, optional PostHog) — no cross-site tracking.

How we use it

  • Fulfill and ship your order.
  • Send order confirmations, payment instructions, and tracking.
  • Send research updates and COA drops — opt-in only, unsubscribe in any email.
  • Detect fraud and secure the platform.

Data we do not collect

Aurex does not store full payment-card numbers. Crypto payments route through BTCPay Server; card rails (Phase 2) tokenize via PCI-compliant gateways.

Third parties

We share data only with the minimum vendors required to fulfill your order: shipping carriers (USPS, UPS), email delivery (Resend, Klaviyo), crypto processor (BTCPay Server / NOWPayments), bank rails. We never sell researcher data.

Your rights

Email privacy@aurex.bio to request export or deletion of your data. We respond within 7 business days.

Cookies

Aurex uses first-party cookies only — cart persistence, age-gate state, and basic analytics. No cross-site tracking pixels.
