These terms govern every purchase made through Aurex (aurex.bio). By placing an order you agree to be bound by all sections below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher to purchase. Aurex reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline or cancel any order.

2. Intended use

All compounds are distributed strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. See our full Research Use Only Policy.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are reserved upon submission and pack upon payment settlement. Accepted rails include crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, LTC), Zelle, ACH, and bank wire. Pricing, stock, and discounts are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping

Aurex ships vacuum-sealed lyophilized kits domestic US via USPS/UPS within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Risk of loss transfers on carrier handoff; replacement guarantee applies to lost packages as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

5. Replacement guarantee

If any Aurex batch fails third-party purity verification, we will reship equivalent product free and you may keep the original. Full terms in our Replacement Guarantee page.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as-is" for research use only. Aurex disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

Aurex's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Aurex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes resolve by binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, FL.

9. Changes

Aurex may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
