Fulfillment window

Aurex packs and ships within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Crypto payments confirm within 1 hour of blockchain settlement; Zelle confirms on receipt; ACH settles 1–2 business days.

Carriers & methods

• USPS Priority Mail — domestic US, 2–3 day transit.
• UPS Ground — heavier kits, 3–5 day transit.
• Expedited overnight — available at checkout.

Packaging

Every Aurex kit ships as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder — stable at ambient temperature in transit. Vials are vacuum-sealed, tamper-evident, and packed with moisture-barrier foil inside a discreet, unbranded outer. Refrigeration is only required after reconstitution with bacteriostatic water.

Tracking

Tracking numbers auto-email within 24 hours of label generation. Log into your researcher dashboard to see live status and SMS delivery alerts.

Lost packages

If a tracked package shows no carrier movement for 7+ business days, we ship a replacement kit free. No forms, no friction — email ops@aurex.bio with your order ID.

Returns

Due to the research-grade nature of the product, Aurex does not accept returns of opened vials. Unopened, intact kits may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery at purchaser expense. Damaged-in-transit kits are replaced free upon photo proof of damage.

International

Aurex ships domestic US only at launch. International fulfillment is under evaluation for Phase 2.
