Replacement Guarantee
Every Aurex batch is independently verified at Janoshik Analytical before distribution. If a vial you received fails a reasonable third-party retest on mass, purity, or identity, we will reship a replacement free — and you may keep the original.
Eligibility
- Claim must reference an Aurex order ID and batch number.
- Independent retest must be performed at an accredited analytical lab (Janoshik, Prohormone, or equivalent).
- Claim submitted within 60 days of delivery.
How to file
Email ops@aurex.bio with: (1) order ID, (2) vial batch ID from the label QR, (3) PDF of the retest certificate. We process within 3 business days and ship the replacement vacuum-sealed within 72 hours of approval.
Refunds vs. replacement
Our guarantee is replacement-first. If we cannot replace the product (stock out, discontinued), we refund the line item in full in your original rail (crypto → same wallet, Zelle → same Zelle handle, ACH/wire → same bank).
What's excluded
- Vials that have been improperly stored (heat, light, freeze-thaw) after receipt.
- Vials reconstituted with non-sterile water and later reported to fail.
- Claims made without an accredited third-party COA.
