Mechanism

GLOW is a research-grade blend of Tirzepatide (dual GLP-1/GIP agonist, 5 mg/mL) + Retatrutide (triple GLP-1/GIP/glucagon agonist, 4 mg/mL). The combination spans the full incretin-receptor axis plus glucagon-receptor signaling, with characterized bias profiles distinct from either compound alone in cAMP-accumulation panels.
